Stef has spent 25+ years in Fortune 100 and nonprofit businesses in executive-level roles including Chief of Staff, Chief Administrative Officer, and Director of Continuous Improvement. She is an expert in business performance management, translating strategy into action, facilitation, team-based problem solving, aligning cross-functional teams, executive communication, and lean/six sigma methodology. She is a third-generation Buckeye, earning a BA from Ohio State University, and has a Masters Degree in Human Services Business Management with a concentration in Improving Organizational Performance from Franklin University of Columbus, Ohio. She is passionate about helping local nonprofits and small business thrive, and she founded GSDEP to make her passion a reality.
