“OBC is a nonpartisan coalition of businesses that support nondiscrimination policies at the state level. In less than 12 months, our
membership grew from 50 members to 287--an increase of 475%--because of the holistic outreach system GSD Execution Partners put in place for our team. Working closely with our staff, they transformed our pitch materials, created an on-message outreach toolkit, and
automated our tracking system. Through coaching and inspiring our staff and Board in how to make the ask successfully, sign-ons started (and have continued) to pour in. GSD takes that project you need to get off the ground and makes it soar."

  • Analyzed membership promotional materials, pitch, outreach process, and internal processes for improvement opportunities
  • Rebranded all materials and content to reflect “business point of view”
  • Revamped website, including automated sign-on capability​
  • Wrote new member outreach communication scripts and email templates for staff and board; Trained all on tools and process
  • Created internal processes and tools to track and document prospects and new members
  • Pressed for accountability and results with consistent updates on new members
